Terms of Service — slothy.win

These terms cover the three independently-operated services hosted on slothy.win: the Pomegranate/FROST threshold-signing operator, the Ark payment delegate, and the Nostr relay. Each section below applies only to the service it names. All three are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

Pomegranate Operator (pomegranate.slothy.win)

By registering a key shard with this operator, or by using it as one of the operators in a k-of-n threshold-signing set, you agree:

To use the service only for its intended purpose — holding and co-signing with a shard of a key you control or are explicitly authorized to hold a shard of.
That this operator holding one shard does not, by itself, guarantee the availability, integrity, or recoverability of your full key — that depends on the other operators in your threshold set and on the "central" coordinator you registered against, none of which we control.
That service may be revoked, throttled, or discontinued at the operator's discretion, with best-effort but not guaranteed notice.
That we are not liable for any loss of funds, key material, or access resulting from use of this service, including but not limited to coordinator downtime, network issues, or loss of the Google account used to authenticate erase/recovery requests.
That the operator may remove a registered shard at any time if required by law or if the registration is found to violate these terms.
That these terms may change at any time without explicit notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Ark Delegate (ark-delegate.slothy.win)

By connecting to or submitting a transaction intent through this delegate, you agree:

That the delegate charges a fee (published live at the service's own info endpoint) for co-signing, which is subject to change without notice.
That the service may be rate-limited, throttled, or revoked at the operator's discretion.
That we are not liable for transaction failures, delays, or loss of funds arising from use of this service.
That the service may be temporarily or permanently discontinued at any time without notice.

Nostr Relay (nostr.slothy.win)

The Nostr relay has its own Terms of Service, published on its own site: nostr.slothy.win/terms.

General

You must be of legal age, or have sufficient legal consent and capacity, to use any of these services in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use each service in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to you, and in good faith.
None of these services are intended for use by anyone under the legal age in their respective jurisdiction.
